Covid-19 Health Measures

Unfortunately, we are still in the grip of the coronavirus and to protect our guests and our personnel, Anezina Village and Hotel will continue to operate in line with the Greek Government directives, adhering to the strict protocols which have been in place since 2020.

Below, you will find the operating rules regarding the cleanliness of your accommodation and the use of common areas, which are based on the protocols of the Ministry of Health here in Greece.

Please note that masks have to be worn in all areas, unless you are seated for dining. Hand sanitizer stations are freely available. Please be sure to maintain safe distances when interacting.

Arrival/Departure
In addition to our normal cleaning and disinfection practices, all rooms and apartments will be well ventilated and cleaned with high powered and high temperature steam. We regret, therefore, that you may not be able to have access to your accommodation until 17.00 or after.

We ask that only one person approaches the reception desk and that the distancing markings are observed. You will see that all staff members are wearing appropriate protection. We very much regret that we must distance ourselves and will be unable to greet you in a traditional manner.

Please note, by completing the electronic check-in form and health declaration and returning them to us before your arrival, you will speed up the check-in process. Please return the completed documents to us 24 hours before the date of your check-in.

If you have not completed these documents electronically, please ensure that you have a personal writing implement with you so that you can complete them on arrival.

Room keys are sanitized using approved methods.

On the day of your departure, we need sufficient time to prepare your room/apartment for other guests, therefore check-out time must be no later than 10.00.

Please ensure that any due payments to us are made before then.

During your stay
Based on the protocols set by the Ministry of Health, hotel staff are no longer allowed to service your accommodation as normal. For this reason, you will be provided with everything you will need to maintain the cleanliness of your room/apartment.

For guests in the apartments If you wish to change your bed linen and towels, you must ask the receptionist, who will provide you with a bag. Once you have placed your soiled bed linen and towels in the bag, please leave it outside your door and it will be collected by a member of staff who will bring you clean items in a bag which can then be discarded.

For guests in the hotel rooms. If you wish to change your bed linen and towels, you must ask the receptionist to arrange a time. You will remove your own bed linen and towels and place them in the provided bag. Clean bedding and towels will be brought to you by a member of staff who will take away the soiled items.

If you would like your personal clothing to be washed (Laundry Service), please inform the receptionist, who will provide you with a special bag in which to place them.

If, for a very specific reason, you are unable to take care of your room/apartment, a member of staff will do this for you but no more than once a week and not on Saturday. We ask that you inform the receptionist that you would like your room/apartment to be cleaned the day before and you must vacate your accommodation by 10.00 the following morning, in order for us to disinfect first and then to clean.

Refuse disposal
We ask that you separate organic, inorganic (for re-cycling) and general waste for disposal. The contents of the bathroom bins must be disposed of in the general trash bin. In addition to the bins in your apartment, you will see a small bucket which is provided for organic waste. You will be able to dispose of all your trash daily in the bin outside the reception.

AnezinaCafé Restaurant
AnezinaCafé Restaurant will be open as normal throughout the day. Our tables will be positioned in accordance with the distancing measurements stipulated by the Ministry of Health and you will be shown to a table by a member of staff. It is with regret that we are no longer able to offer a buffet breakfast and a breakfast menu will be offered to you. You will be served at your table.

We are able to have our Greek Night but we will be unable to offer the buffet of traditional dishes. You will be served at your table.

Excursions/Activities
In 2020, all day excursions were suspended and will not re-commence until it is safe to do so. Other activities, e.g. sea sports, horse-riding, may be subject to Covid-19 restrictions. The number of participants attending our cooking class will be limited to no more than 6 people.

Use of the pool
If you wish to use the pool, please ask the receptionist for towels and covers for the sun loungers before entering the pool area. These will be provided in a special bag. Before entering the pool, you must first shower with soap and water in the shower in the pool area. Around the pool area, footwear must be worn. It is forbidden to walk around the pool area with bare feet. Please note that the maximum number of bathers in the pool at any given time is strictly 3 people.

In the event that anyone in your company begins to develop known symptoms of Covid-19, it is of the utmost importance that the management is informed immediately so that necessary measures can be taken.

This information will be regularly reviewed and updated.
We are all doing our very best to keep everyone safe and kindly ask that you respect our country’s rules and do the same.

Thank you

Carolin

I can only recommend this experience. You will learn so much about the Greek cuisine. On top, the host Maria is a lovely person and great cook who’s super welcoming.

Maxime

Amazing cooking class in a gorgeous place! We booked the cooking course at Anezina Village. We can honestly say that this was the best activity of our holiday! We had so much fun and the food was delicious. The host and owner Maria is super nice and we were able to chat a lot with her! The whole staff was great! We end up staying the night there and enjoyed it a lot! Such a nice cosy family-vibe place! Would love to come back! As we came in the pandemic period, we were the only people that did the cooking class. So that was a big advantage! So if you are in Paros around this time, go to Anezina village!

Isabelle

I had a great stay here! I had an amazing balcony with a beautiful view and the room was really charming and spacious. Maria was a really great host and was very hospitable and helpful to me! A highlight was breakfast with the fabulous Marina and that gorgeous view- miss it!

Joanne

Maria was extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a garden apartment which was basic/rustic but with all required amenities AND one of thé most comfortable beds during my stay in Paros. Extremely good value for money. Amazing breakfast in the beautiful garden (with pool). Everyone was so friendly. I only realised later that Maria also provides cooking classes which I will definitely do next time. Thank you again Maria for making us feel so welcome.

Lovely lovely lovely!!!
We stayed in Anezina village for one week at the beginning of August. It was very comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious, the breakfast very good with home made jam, the restaurant served delicious cooked plates, the pool area very relaxing! Congratulations to the host and all the staff for the high level of hospitality we received, especially to the lady on the breakfast filtering the kids orange juices. On top, all covid measures were strictly followed. You will need a car to explore the island, though. We strongly recommend this hotel!

A Gem Hotel in Parosdise.
We were recommended this place by a good friend&we made the right choice.Maria the owner is a wonderful host&she has a gorgeous set up in her Anezina Village. Our room was comfortable&spacious and had a well stocked kitchen for self catering. Why would you need to though when the cuisine in the restaurant is top notch &Fresh, bountiful&delicious. We were there on a Monday night when Maria hosts a Greek night with live Greek music&typical local cuisine. If you opt to join in on this night she even caters for Vegans like me&everything was wonderful. If you choose to stay here you will no doubt be spoilt by the warm friendly staff like we were.

Raissa

Comfortable and welcoming - great place to stay!
What an amazing stay! The pool was a welcome reprieve after a hot day of travel, as well as long days of site seeing and beach going. There was a nice beach with good tavernas just a walk away, as well as amazing food at the hotel and across the street at Anna’s Restaurant. Anezina’s also does a Monday night Greek night with food, music and dance that was so much fun! The entire complex was comfortable and welcoming.
